Where to get a car in Germany after the match?

Flying out to Munich soon for the Champions League second leg between Bayern and Real Madrid. After the match finishes I'm planning to stick around for a bit instead of heading straight back home. Want to see what the area's got to offer, get a proper look at Bavarian culture and the countryside outside the city. Thinking I'll need a car to get around and explore properly.
